Aušra Bytautienė is the Project Manager at “OVC Consulting”. She is responsible for making new and maintaining existing relationship with clients, analyzes their needs and makes proper proposals. She also is responsible for presentation of OVC services and coordination of implementation of training and consulting projects. Aušra is experienced in dealing with long term training projects of EU structural assistance. Aušra has obtained her experience in sales and marketing while working in wholesale and publishing companies. She has been working in the market of training and consulting services since 2005. She is conversant with the business of various companies so she understands their needs for training and consulting services. Aušra has taken her Master degree in marketing management at Kaunas University of Technology. She has also completed the standard program in HR management and was granted with the sertificate of HR Management Professionals Association. In 2007 Aušra finished “NTL Institute” (USA) module “Entry, contracting and values” successfully. In 2008 she got the sertificate of one day Action learning course from World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL). |
