She is responsible for Organizational Development services.
Diana conducts trainings in various fields including organizational development, management, human resource management, and personal effectiveness.
She performs organizational climate assessment, organizational structure and workflow audit and development, applies and implements human resource management tools, performs assessment of work related-psychological abilities.
Diana developed her organizational development skills during internship at consulting firms in Finland and Irish Management Institute (Ireland). In 2007 she completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where she studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation.
