Aurimas is a Senior Consultant at OVC Consulting He has over 15 years of experience in consulting and training. He has been with OVC Consulting since 1997. Aurimas’ areas of expertise include organization development, management, and leadership. He conducts trainings and consults managers on strategic management, leadership, coaching, human resource management, internal communication, and change management. As a consultant he helps to prepare inside training systems, programs and trainers. His training and consulting experience extends to Sweden, Russia, Latvia, Estonia, and Moldova. Aurimas’ background includes extensive management experience. He worked as an assistant of Minister of Culture and Education in 1990–1992, supervised many educational reform groups and programs. As a member of board of Lithuanian Adult Education Association he supervises organizational development and runs various projects. As a consultant he worked on multiple long term PHARE and other educational projects financed by Nordic Countries. Aurimas is certified Adult Training Specialist by Organizational Development, Inc (The Netherlands). He has attended courses on adult training in Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark. In 2007 Aurimas completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where he studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation.
