She brings over 16 years of consulting and training experience to OVC Consulting. She has worked for the company since foundation.
Rita provides consultations on strategic planning, change management, internal communication, and HR management. She is responsible for organizational diagnosis, change implementation projects. Rita also conducts competency evaluation of managers and professionals using 360° Feedback Assessment Methodology.
She has trained managers and professional for many years. She conducts seminars on customer service, management, team building, employee motivation, HR management for managers, and personal effectiveness for employees at different levels.
Rita did internship at Wayne State University (USA), Irish Management Institute (Ireland), and Kelly Services, Inc (USA). In 2007 Rita completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where she studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation.
Education: Doctor of Science in Psychology, Vilnius University (Lithuania).
