| Ieva is a Consultant at OVC Consulting.She has started her work in OVC Consulting since 2006.Ieva specializes in sales management, customer care service and personal effectiveness.
She conducts training and consulting on professional sales, consultative sales, presentation skills, negotiation mastership, proactive customer service, managing difficult customer service situations and on employees’ motivation. Ieva also works on workers’ competency evaluation using Development center method. Ieva is experienced in sales in pharmaceutical business. She worked as medicine representative in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies worldwide and Lithuania; at that time she was a manager of sales representatives group. Ieva constantly developes her skills and gains expertise in short-term or long-term education programs. She finished “Work with individuals” and “Work with groups” educational programs in Gestalt study center of Kaunas in Lithuania, were education is based on the principles of Gestalt psychotherapy. Ieva also took part in refresher course on personality and intellect in University of Sussex (United Kingdom). Ieva has got a master’s degree in Pharmacy. This year she got a MSc in Organizational Behaviour and continues her studies to get a PhD in Management. |
