| Nomeda is a Consultant at OVC Consulting
She has over 11 years of consulting and training experience. She has worked for OVC Consulting since 2006. Nomeda specializes in human resource management, personal effectiveness, and customer service. She conducts trainings on sales, customer care, conflict management, teamwork, corporate values and climate. Nomeda takes part in projects on employee competence assessment using 360° Feedback and Development Center methods, implementing employee performance assessment systems, and creating customer service standards. Nomeda has gained 15 years of psychotherapy and 9 years of human resource management experience as a human resource manager at a production company and later as a recruitment manager and training project manager at SEB bank. When working for the bank she created and coordinated employee performance evaluation process, performed employee satisfaction survey, took part in human resource management strategy development and was responsible for bank employee training and development projects. In 2007 Nomeda completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where she studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation. Education: Master of Science in Psychology, Vilnius University (Lithuania). |
