Tomas brings to OVC Consulting over 7 years of experience in consulting and training.
He has been with us since 2006, responsible for Sales Management and Customer Care services.

His areas of expertise include sales management, customer care, and personal effectiveness.

Tomas conducts trainings on professional selling, consultative selling, presentation skills, negotiation skills, pro-active customer service, problem situation management in sales and customer care, and employee motivation. He also works on employee competence assessment projects using Development Center method.

His background also includes ten-year extensive sales and management experience within finance industry. He held positions from Business Account Manager to Business Account Director at SEB bank. Later Tomas conducted inside training programs for bank employees.

Tomas has developed his skills in effective sales program Train the Trainer in Sweden and Professional Sales Academy program in Lithuania. In 2007 he completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where he studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation.

Education: Master of Science in Business Administration, Vilnius University (Lithuania).
Currently is studying Master of Arts in Coaching and Mentoring practice, Oxford Brookes University (UK).
