Raimundas has been working in “OVC Consulting” since 2009. He specializes in human resources management, personal effectiveness and organizations diagnostic fields. He conducts seminars on communication, conflict management, personality typology, and teamwork skill development topics. Raimundas has working experience with organizations management and human resources management projects. He participates in competency assessment projects with 360 degree feedback and assessment center research methods. He has practical experience in organizing and implementing team building and summer events. Raimundas graduated from Vilnius University and took a Master degree of Organizational Psychology. |
