Rūta has over 14 years of consulting and training experience.
She is responsible for Human Resource Management services.

Rūta provides consultations on human resource management (employee selection/hiring, performance assessment, employee training systems, employee skills assessments), operations improvement projects (organizational climate research, employee competence assessment using 360° feedback and development center methods, organizational structure and workflow improvements, motivational system improvements).

She also conducts seminars for managers and professionals on effective leadership, employee motivation, human resource management, prepares training programs, trains and consults human resource specialists individually.

Rūta developed her skills during internship at German consulting company Machwürth Team International. In 2007 she completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where she studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation. She is currently working on the international project MBE-Standard to increase qualification in effective leadership and organization consulting at Gestalt Institute of Eastern Europe (Russia).

Education: Master of Science in Organizational Psychology, Vilnius University (Lithuania).
