Almanta is a Senior Consultant at OVC Consulting She has over 11 years of consulting and training experience. Her areas of expertise include human resource management and organizational development. Almanta provides consultations on employee performance appraisals, new employee recruitment and orientation, career management systems, helps to prepare employee competence descriptions, performs employee competence assessments using 360° feedback and Development Center methods. She also performs consulting projects on organizational climate assessment, audit of structure and organizational performance, prepares job descriptions and department provisions, customer service and organization management standards. Almanta prepares training programs and conducts seminars on management, human resource management, performance assessment, appraisal interview conducting, and teambuilding. In 2007 Almanta completed one-year NTL Institute (USA) Certificate Program in Organizational Development where she studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions, Group Process Facilitation.
