He has over 8 years of consulting and training experience.

Tadas areas of expertise include organization development and personal effectiveness.

He specializes in the following consulting areas: organizational audit, organizational structure optimization, strategic planning, company goals, organizational process management, remuneration systems and supply chain management.

Tadas conducts training seminars on teambuilding and teamwork improvement, public speaking, goal setting, and supply chain or warehouse management. Tadas also uses facilitation and Action Learning methodologies in customized client group workshops.

He has gained practical experience in human resource management area with Teo LT (Lithuanian telecom at a time), where he worked in Human Resource Management Department, Competence Development Center.

In 2007 Tadas completed a one-year Certificate Program in Organizational Development provided by NTL Institute (USA) where he studied Introduction to Organizational Development, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, Planning and Implementing Interventions and  Group Process Facilitation.

Education:
BSc Economics and Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (Latvia)
MSc International Management, Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University (The Netherlands).

In “OVC Consulting” Tadas is one of the in charge of the quality management system (sertified LST EN ISO 9001:2008), he conducts inner audits.
