Value of the training

The rapid daily pace and never-ending flow of tasks can be stressful and make you tense. The ability to ensure high personal productivity is becoming of crucial importance. A never-ending flow of tasks is most people’s reality. A schedule for planning tasks is no longer sufficient. It becomes important to discover a method to help remain organised and not miss key tasks. And it is even more important to help oneself remain calm inside despite changing tasks.

To ensure learning effectiveness and the creation of new methods of acting, participants will be invited to join a private Facebook group, where they will be able to participate in discussions, analyse case studies, and ask questions.

Content of the training

Main topics:

  • Main challenges of task planning, organisation, and implementation.
  • Main mistakes when using schedules, to-do type lists, the post-it note principle, e-mail as an organising tool, and reminder functions.
  • Practical model for organising/planning task flows (based on the principles of D. Allen, Getting Things Done (GTD) and M. Linenberger, 1 Minute To-Do List).
  • How all this can be used in a systemic manner (possible tools: from paper notebooks or planners to phone apps).
  • Reducing stress and anxiety in organising your time.
  • E-mail management model.
  • Concentration improvement methods.
  • Techniques and methods to maintain daily productivity momentum.
  • Dealing with procrastination.

Participants will attend interactive sessions, receive research-based insights, and take part in practical experiments.

All this will help participants find their own solutions to improve their productivity, remain organised, form their task organising practices, and reduce the level of anxiety and stress in their daily lives.

Feedback

Here is what our customers say about the programme.

I really liked the fact that the programme was continuous and we could improve every week. It was great to meet the same people every time and that made it a safe environment where it was easy both to experiment and to admit one's mistakes. The training was comprehensive and covered both methodologies and philosophy. I am convinced that I will improve both in my professional activity and private life.
Perfectly selected training materials and excellent presentation of the materials. A training that makes you think and implement changes.
I have attended a variety of trainings, but this training was different: it was practical, involving, and exciting. The tips provided were clear and easy to understand, and simple, real-life examples were used. Mindaugas has excellent communication skills and feels the audience very well.
I really liked the practical methods that help manage workflow. In many cases, practical methods are not taught during training and only theory is provided, which seems to disappear somewhere with the passage of time. During this training, we were able to immediately apply the changes in our work and private life, which means we started developing a habit, which is very important if we don’t want to lose the acquired knowledge as time passes. I liked the fact that there were three sessions. It’s a very reasonable way to present the lectures. And, of course, my greetings and big thanks to Mindaugas. An outstanding lecturer, who is also straightforward and does not promise unrealistic results. I was fascinated by the lecturer's practical skills, willingness to help, and love for his work. Thank you!
“I wasn't hoping for any miracles to happen in this training but I was already pleasantly surprised after the first training session. Mindaugas' professionalism is undoubtedly awe-inspiring — Mindaugas was able to pique my interest throughout the training. He inspired and motivated me, encouraged to take action and provided reassurance. I really enjoyed this training, THANK YOU very much!” Stop wasting time wondering whether you should take part in this training — just do it!
