Middle leaders who wish to understand how a successful organisation, team, and individual operate.

• They will learn to communicate the organisational vision and strategy to their team and to implement the vision and strategy by cascading goals and empowering the team to achieve those goals.
• They will understand how to initiate, plan, and implement both minor and major changes. They will learn to create and promote the culture of experimentation.
• They will learn to effectively plan their own and the team’s time by appropriately using the available resources and retaining a healthy balance between work and leisure.
