Procurement executives and professionals. Personnel in large, medium-sized and small companies in charge of supplier selection, conclusion of procurement contracts and collaboration with suppliers.
Procurement is an activity that is performed in every company, the successful management of which relies on the ability to see the whole picture, from the content of the procurement, to working with suppliers, to ensuring smooth procurement processes. Proper management of suppliers and procurement processes maximises the potential of both the supplier and the buyer, generates additional savings and other benefits for both sides and ensures continuous improvement.
In these two days dedicated to training, we will look into areas essential for successful procurement and supply management — from strategic management of procurement content, to supplier relations and working with suppliers, to ensuring a smooth procurement process within the company.

The training is designed to stimulate participant engagement through discussions, case studies and various practical exercises. It is also an opportunity to meet procurement personnel from other (leading) Lithuanian companies.
Jurgita has 15+ years of experience in procurement and 3+ years of experience in logistics in multinational companies, state enterprises and Lithuanian capital companies. One of her success factors is that she has been able to work alongside eminent executives who have achieved impressive results in the business world, allowing her to develop, learn from them and continue to strive for even better results.

She started her “real” career, as she calls it, in sales to the Scandinavian market in one of the largest Lithuanian manufacturing companies and then moved on to Purchasing and other Supply Chain departments where she has been working intermittently for the past 20+ years.
Jurgita has published a book called “Vincas Stanynas. Prisiminimai” which tells the story of a Lithuanian intellectual being a political exile in the Rešiota camps. When asked about her hobbies, Jurgita mentions several different ones, including active leisure in nature, music and foreign languages (she can communicate in as many as 6).
