Tomas is a consultant and business advisor who specializes in providing guidance on leadership and performance to technology teams and executives. It includes management (team, project, process and change management) and leadership (mobilizing people, navigating risks, increasing engagement and building high-performance organisational culture). 

He primarily focuses on helping clients grow their people and their business, adapt and thrive in challenging environments, create more strategic clarity and achieve what’s truly important to them. Over the past three years, Tomas has trained and consulted over 1000 managers and leaders in tech companies. Prior to becoming a consultant, he spent more than a decade building technology products (including complex enterprise AI systems and learning management platforms) and leading international multifunctional teams.

  • Trained and consulted 1000+ managers and leaders in the last 3 years;
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting;
  • 12+ years of experience leading international tech teams and building high-tech products (from LMS in Malaysia to enterprise AI in London)
  • 2016-2020 was leading the development of AI products in supply chain and logistics, that won awards for innovations:  “CogX” and “Retail Systems 2018”;
  • Course taken: “Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence, Industrial and Organizational Psychology” (Case Western Reserve University)
  • Marketing Bachelor (Vytautas Magnus University)

Apart from being a consultant, Tomas is primarily a family man – a father of two young children (one of whom he cared for during parental leave), and in his free time, he delves into the topic of human optimization (ranging from sports and biology to thinking and philosophy). With 8 years of experience as a professional athlete and as an extreme fire performer, Tomas is bold enough to bring unconventional methods to his work with clients and “raise the temperature” for maximum engagement.
