Viktorija always strives to ensure that the needs of the customer, partner, and consultant are fully met. Study experience, strong internal motivation, and organisation help her to effectively plan and organise training projects, taking into account the set goals.

Viktorija’s source of ideas and inspiration is cinema, which encourages the search for more interesting solutions in both personal and work situations. She greatly appreciates the experience of travelling because the different environment and the different people she sees help her look at everyday work from a different angle.
