For several years, we have had the desire to cardinally "reload" and transform the attitudes of middle managers, quality managers, and mentors to themselves and their colleagues and their behaviours, activity, and the quality and effectiveness of activity. We were aware that the lecture-type/traditional training was no longer effective, so we were looking for a different form of learning that could initiate high-quality changes and have an ongoing effect on managers' thinking, behaviours, and subsequent improvement. We chose to work with OVC, and we particularly appreciate that OVC consultants heard our wishes and turned them into exciting, novel activities, and left a great impression on and value for the participants. We are now considering how we can continue the changes in our managers that were started during the training, and we would like to extend individual consultations.
